Job Description:
Complete cleaning of vacated apartments/houses for property management companies, landlords and apartment complexes. Work to include cleaning all following areas and items of units;
dusting of light fixtures and ceiling fans
cleaning of all windows mirrors and sliding glass doors,
cleaning tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, vanities
cleaning oven and refrigerator
wiping down all cabinets and counter tops
sweeping and mopping all tile and vinyl floors
Vacuuming all carpeted areas
This job is part time to start with a wage of $8.00 per hour. Cleaning experience not necessary but is a plus. Will train on the job.
Job Description:
Assisting in painting of vacated apartments/houses for property management companies, landlords and apartment complexes. Work to include but not limited to the following items:
- Painting Prep - taping, sweeping, laying down drop cloths
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Some heavy lifting and stair climbing
- Some brush and roller painting
- Occasional moving of furniture
Must be in good health and able to lift 50 lbs as 5 gallon paint barrels often need to be carried up stairs. This job is part time to start with a wage of $7.50 per hour. Painting experience is not necessary. Will train on the job.

Job Descriptioin:
Painting of vacated apartments/houses for property management companies, landlords and apartment complexes. Work to include but not limited to the following items:
Painting Prep - taping, sweeping, laying down drop cloths
Loading and unloading equipment
Some heavy lifing and stair climbing
Spray, brush and roller painting
Occasional moving of furniture
Clean up of overspray
Proper use of paint srayers and additional equipment
Must be in good health and able to lift 50 lbs as 5 gallon barrels often need to be carried up stairs. This job is part time to start, with possible move to full time depending on work performance. Wage to start is $10 per hour. Painting experience is a plus and prefered but not necessary.
